This person will be responsible for guiding, motivating, and encouraging our real estate agents to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping lead others to success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual coaching plans for real estate agents to help them reach their sales goals.
• Create and execute training and development programs to enhance agents’ professional and personal skills.
• Provide mentorship to agents, including offering advice and guidance on topics such as marketing strategies, negotiation techniques and customer service.
• Monitor market data and trends to help agents stay informed and competitive in the local real estate market.
• Develop and lead virtual workshops, webinars, and online courses to educate agents on best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Possesses a valid Real Estate license
• Ability to work in North America time-zone
• At least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Proven track record of successful coaching in the Real Estate industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $189,000.00 per year
