With exciting growth ahead we are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Recruiter to our Talent Team.

Part of the wider P&C function this position will provide effective and timely recruitment services to the company’s Technology Group.

Supporting in driving recruitment outcomes the role will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle from scoping to onboarding, whilst being the SME in the business for all things technology recruitment.

You will be responsible for:

• Drive and own the successful execution of the technology recruitment processes, including phone screening, candidate shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks and preparation of employment related documentation
• Actively search and headhunt top talent locally and globally, and attracting them to Luxury Escapes
• Support accurate posting and maintenance of job advertisements
• Contribute to process efficiencies and the continued development of a best-in-class internal recruitment function
• Manage and keep up to date all recruitment systems and tools (LiveHire, LinkedIn, Enboarder & Vervoe) to facilitate effective recruitment processes and sound decision making
• Support in the induction and onboarding of new starters to ensure an exceptional experience
• Assist talent projects as requested by the Chief of Staff / Head of Talent
• Work in close collaboration with the People and Culture team, ensuring prompt communication of issues and outcomes
• Attract relevant talent groups to run their meetups and events at Luxury Escapes’ office.
• Attend relevant meetups to nurture an ongoing relationship with the Engineering, Product & Design communities in Australia and in Sydney specifically
• Be an advocate for the continuous improvement to the candidate experience

What we are looking for:

• Experince of technical/Technolgy recruitment either from an in-house or agency perspective
• A solid understanding of the technology talent market – Engineers, Product Managers and Product Designers
• Experience of utilising Linked In Recruiter to develop and approach talent pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management experience – capable of dealing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Proactive and willing to help wherever possible
• Active involvement in Sydney tech communities – This will be a huge advantage! Eg. you attend Node Sydney, React Sydney, Product Sydney, Data Eng Australia or other tech related meetups and conferences
