We are now looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our exceptional People and Culture Team in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting in all things talent acquisition! Including phone screening, candidate shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks and preparation of employment related documentation
• Support accurate posting and maintenance of job advertisements
• Support recruitment systems and tools (LiveHire, LinkedIn, Seek, Enboarder & Vervoe) to facilitate effective recruitment processes and sound decision making
• Support in the induction and onboarding of new starters to ensure a best in class experience
• Assist with HR Project as requested by the Chief of Staff / Head of Talent
• Work in close collaboration with the HR team to drive exceptional outcomes for our employees and business
• Maintain Immigration and Visa compliance systems
• Support the wider HR team with HR related duties and activities

What we are looking for:

• HR qualification or experience of working in a corporate environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident Microsoft office skills, although specific training will be provided on a talent related systems
• The ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
• We need someone who can prioritise and work to strict deadlines
• Proactive and willing to help wherever possible
