We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Louisville, Kentucky office.
A qualified applicant will have:
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Management experience
- Customer service experience
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Must have outbound calling Experience
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
