Your Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who can continue to build positive relationships with business units and vendors to ensure key accounting deadlines are met, issues and disputes are investigated, responded to, and resolved in a timely manner. If you have a positive attitude, are a team player and work effectively under pressure to handle conflict situations then we’d love you to apply. Reporting into our Accounting Manager, this role is to help ensure best practices around general ledgers, payables functions and procedures are followed and has a strong focus on business partnering so clear communication is essential.

We currently have 2 positions available within our Accounts Payable team, one position is a full-time position and the second is a part time opportunity at 16 hours a week between Mondays- Wednesdays with flexibility around hours.

Requirements for Success

• Responsible for providing support to the accountants and the wider finance team
• Ensure that invoices and manual payment requests are presented for payment in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and review Accounts Payable reports
• Perform monthly GRIR Reconciliation & AP Analysis
• General ledger requests for both AU & NZ businesses
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain current and accurate process documentation

Skills & Experience

• Advanced use of SAP & Microsoft Excel
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in process improvements
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customer and business.
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
• Financial Qualification highly desirable
• Ability to work cross functionally with teams remotely
