LuxDeco Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

LuxDeco is looking for a forward thinking and hard working Finance Assistant. As the new Finance Assistant you’ll be joining a small, high-performing and fast paced finance team, whose motto is ‘where there’s a will, there’s a way.’ Working closely with the Finance Manager and indirectly with the CFO, you’ll be responsible for completing a large array of day to day tasks within the department, such as the processing and management of finance records, which allow the business to act quickly when making key strategic decisions.

You’ll be working in a dynamic and friendly team and receive practical training studying the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) professional qualification as part of an apprenticeship, enabling you to be empowered to perform your role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily reconciliation of a variety of bank accounts to ensure timely information is available for analysis.
• Processing of employees’ expenses and invoices, and reconciling supplier statements to ensure that our records are accurate and reflective of the activity of the business, to allow us to be in a position to pay our employees and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance of the receivables and payables ledger to ensure the balances reported are correct.
• Assist with month-end processes to ensure that monthly figures are presented to executives and shareholders as quickly as possible.
• Collaborate with the other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Undertake basic office management duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.

Your Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
