As a CNA at Pleasant View, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with mobility and meal assistance. By offering a compassionate presence and fostering a warm and welcoming environment, you will create a sense of dignity and comfort for our residents.

Shift: PRN FLEX A or B 7 AM -7 PM

FLEX PRN PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

• Complete PRN onboarding process
• Must provide community PRN Coordinator or Scheduler monthly with the days available to work, either day or night shift, as selected by PRN team member
• Will be considered as scheduled to work on the days provided – day or night shift – unless notified by PRN Coordinator or Scheduler that they are not needed due to adequate staffing or low census (PRN team members will be removed from schedule first in the event of over-scheduled staff)
• In the event the PRN team member is removed from the schedule due to adequate staffing or low census, the decrease in days worked in the month will not affect the team member’s PRN status
• In the event a PRN team member is unable to provide the minimum days scheduled in a month, they will be placed on a 30-day probation; if this occurs two (2) months in a row due to the team member’s inability to work, the PRN team member is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment

FLEX PRN-A: Must agree to work one (1) to four (4) self-scheduled full 12-hour shifts/month

FLEX PRN-B: Must agree to work five (5) plus self-scheduled full 12-hour shifts/month

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
• Commitment to upholding the values and mission of our Grace in Action Culture Program
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
