6 month contract

The candidate will perform duties to update the company job descriptions to a new global template and assist with shortening and making descriptions uniform.

Qualifications :

• Experience working with updating job descriptions and linking them while working in Sharepoint, Excel and Word
• Experience in an administrative, detailed and organized position
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Sharepoint preferred
