The team
We’re a small, but perfectly formed team of passionate recruiters who take immense pride in championing the development of our employees whilst attracting and recruiting new talent into Lush to share their knowledge and support our growth. Talent and Recruitment sit within the Lush People Team, where the focus is on the support of our staff doing their best work. The role
This role will be integral to the growth of our digital platforms, you will be collaborating with the teams across technology and helping source the best candidates to support the development of our digital products and delivering a tailor-made approach throughout the candidate journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting our Talent Managers with the end to end recruitment life cycle for digital roles, from sourcing to advertising, interviews and candidate feedback
• Understanding the skills, competencies and experiences necessary for each role, you’ll become an expert in all things Digital!
• Headhunting and talent pooling with external tools
• Directly sourcing candidates within the digital & technology communities
• Keeping candidates engaged with the brand throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting with the candidate onboarding process
• Ensuring data within the Applicant Tracking System is up to date
• Supporting to provide written feedback for applicants

Skills and experience:

• Ideally, you have previous experience directly sourcing candidates either in-house or within an agency, preferably within the digital sector
• Previous experience building talent pools & pipelines
• The ability and confidence to facilitate screening calls, interviews and meetings
• Solutions focussed
• 5* customer service approach
• Confident in networking, making connections and building relationships
• Highly organised and meticulous with details
• Fantastic written and verbal communication
• Able to multitask, juggle multiple and moving deadlines
• You will be solutions focussed with a positive attitude and ready for your next challenge
• Able to provide a consistently high standard of customer service – you’ll be a brand ambassador to applicants
