The team
We’re a small, but perfectly formed team of passionate digital recruiters providing an end-to-end recruitment service for Lush Global Digital Limited. We take immense pride in attracting and recruiting the best talent into Lush Global Digital. We know our business, know our teams, and know how to find the best talent to share their knowledge and support our growth.
You’ll also get to work with the wider Lush People Team, where the focus is on the support of our staff doing their best work. And with so much experience between us, there is always an opportunity to share, develop our skills and learn from one another.
The role
In this role you’ll be doing a mix of 360 recruitment as well as ensuring we have the best attraction and engagement strategies and all our candidates have a 5* journey. You’ll challenge the status quo and always be looking at how we can do things differently to stand out from the crowd in a fierce and competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment of all live roles with specific attention to ‘harder to fill’ and ‘senior’ vacancies
Develop and implement an innovative and inclusive talent acquisition strategy, aligned to the LUSH vision and wider People strategy
Grow our presence as a leading digital employer online, at industry events, and via third-party collaborations.
Ensuring recruitment processes meet business needs, ensure timeframes and quality measures are met
Proactively build candidate pipelines through searches, headhunting, and building your network
Keeping up to date with new tools and platforms to reach and engage with the best talent. Researching and making recommendations where these will add value
Building successful relationships to work in partnership with our Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders. Upskilling and coaching leaders and managers on recruitment best practice
Creating and managing 3rd party relationships with Universities, job boards, recruitment agencies, and tech meet-ups/events
Create reports to provide analytics around retention, time to hire, cost, etc as needed
Leading the Digital Recruitment Team alongside your People Partner and Finance Business Partner and collaborating to ensure effective workforce planning and a seamless onboarding experience for new starters
Ensure compliance with market legislation including the relevant eligibility checking processes, staying up-to-date, and informing about changes in regulations
Experience & skills required:
You’ll have at least 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally in-house
Previous experience in leading a team and building a recruitment strategy
A natural negotiator with the ability to influence and challenge
Solutions focused with a positive attitude
5* customer service approach
Adaptable and able to juggle a variety of tasks all at the same time
Someone who can easily build relationships at all levels
