Lunar Energy Hiring for People Intern Job at London, England Full Time

The Lunar Energy team is growing fast and we have an opportunity for a People Intern to join the People team in London. The People intern will be involved in a range of recruitment and HR projects to help support us in the search for pragmatic professionals to join the company in this exciting time. You will also be involved in activities that aim to develop and strengthen our internal teams.
This is a unique opportunity for a curious, driven and enthusiastic individual who has recently graduated from university that wants to work in a scale-up environment. This is a 3 month internship with the potential to extend into a long term opportunity.
Responsibilities:

• Support the Sr Talent Acquisition and People Partner in providing an exceptional candidate experience in the recruitment process.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System and organise candidate interviews by coordinating with candidates and Hiring Managers
• Ensure candidates and Hiring Managers are kept up to date at different stages of the recruitment process
• Post job adverts on various websites and prepare contracts for Agency suppliers and NDAs for candidates
• Support in the migration process of the Applicant Tracking System by creating a record of historical job descriptions
• Assist with sourcing of candidates and with other ad hoc administrative tasks during busy periods
• Assist the People Team in company event planning and hosting and coordinate with Senior Managers and Team Leads to plan travel and team social events
• Collaborate with the People Manager and Office Manager on ad-hoc tasks

Your ideal experience:

• Undergraduate with relevant degree (for example Human Resources, Business etc.). Can be currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree
• Strong interest in developing a career in the People function
• Good working knowledge of Google Suite (desirable)
• Previous experience in an office environment (desirable)
• Ideally, you will be in or close enough to London with 1-2 days per week in the office

Duration: 3 months internship, with the possibility to extend to a permanent position
Location: This role is hybrid (office and home working). You will work from the office based near Liverpool Street, London for 1-2 days a week.
