LunaJoy Hiring for Recruitment and Admin Specialist at Remote Full Time

Our company is looking for a Recruitment and Admin Specialist that has significant working experience in the end-to-end recruitment process including pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding in the healthcare or related industries. The ideal candidate must also have working knowledge and experience in working for US-based companies and communicating with medical practitioners.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Leading the business’ recruitment requirements by constantly partnering with the Operations and People and Culture
• Crafting a job posting based on the expected responsibilities and qualifications for the open role
• Posting the job listing using different job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and the like
• Screening and interviewing candidates to review qualifications
• Pre-boarding
• Preparing the employment contract and job offer letters
• Responding to clarifying questions from staff and providers

Onboarding

• Facilitating the onboarding sessions for new hire staff
• Working with administrative works related to the staff and provider onboarding

Off-boarding

• Facilitating the off-boarding process for staff and providers

Others

• Communicating with the providers/ clinicians about their inquiries and clarifications
• Working with the People and Culture Director for any other HR projects and needs

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for healthcare companies or mental health start-ups
• Completed at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Human Resource Management and related fields of study.
• Significant work experience in hiring clinicians, physicians, and therapists for the US market
• Working knowledge of sourcing strategy and recruitment trends
• Working knowledge and experience in the healthcare system, particularly in mental health
• Excellent business partnering, critical thinking, and communication skills

Significant work experience with the following tools is preferred:

• Job boards i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Upwork, Onlinejobs
• Google Suites
• Microsoft Suites
• AdvancedMD (Preferably, but not required)

Work Arrangement: Full-time commitment in the graveyard shift (8 AM – 5 PM EST) weekends off
