Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Talent Manager will support our business by finding and hiring the best and brightest minds to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of our company culture, and be passionate and driven to ensure we build a team around this.

A day on the job will see you:

• Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process for the whole organisation
• Create, implement and refine onboarding policies and procedures for the business to ensure compliance
• Coordinate and seek to constantly improve the on-boarding experience for new employees
• Create contract documentation and coordinate employee documentation with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Identify growth opportunities for staff and facilitate professional learning and development
• Develop training plans for each department to ensure the smooth and efficient up-skilling of new hires
• Implement procedures to streamline internal processes
• Refine existing HR measures to support ongoing expansion of the organisation
• Advise the business on compliance and regulatory matters
• Build a team of internal specialists to further support and develop our staff during Lumination’s hypergrowth and beyond

To impress us you’ll need…

• Degree qualified in a related field (Human Resources, management)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a People & Culture/Human Resources role
• Sound knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and practices
• Demonstrated experience across all aspects of recruitment
• Proven organisational and time management skills
• High level of communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to identify development opportunities across the organisation
• Experience in organisational change management
• Strong negotiation, influencing and mediation skills
