Apprenticeship Assessor Manufacturing Technologies (KC742)
Location: Keighley
Salary: £26,881 with progression to £29,369 PA

WHAT WE DO
We are looking for an apprentice assessor who will support us to grow our vocational engineering provision in an extremely successful curriculum area. You will support the activities of both level 2 & 3 apprentices to develop and demonstrate the practical skills, knowledge & behaviours required within a manufacturing environment. As well as taking responsibility for all aspects of the individual apprentices program of study. The ideal candidate will have relevant recent industrial experience, ideally hold an accredited level 3 qualification in a relevant area, and an assessor award. An Internal verification would be an advantage.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the KPIs for a caseload of apprenticeship programs of study such as timely achievements, quality & learner experience within the manufacturing sector
- Develop the assessment strategies so that learners are fully equipped for employment in the industry
- Enrich and empower learners through innovative assessment, coaching and learning Participate in team development sessions as required
