Lulich & Attorneys is a growing community law firm, and we need an Accounting Assistant to be the right hand of our Firm Administrator. This will be a new position within our law firm. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, however, this degree is not a prerequisite to the position.

The primary accounting assistant’s responsibility is to support the Firm Administrator in their duties producing financial documents for Lulich & Attorneys. These responsibilities may include the following:

– Processing payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements

– Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies

– Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits

– Answering incoming phone calls and fielding them to their respective departments

– Tracking expenses

– Posting financial data to accounts

– Handling cash disbursements and issuing checks

– Handling communication between the organization and clients regarding financial related matters

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Self-Starter and Quick Learner
• QuickBooks Desktop / QuickBooks Online Experience (Preferred)
