Talent Acquisition Manger

The Talent Acquisition Manager develops the staffing plan for LVE including job postings, interview process, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Identify and source management candidates by searching for passive applicants in recruiting platforms.
• Screen management candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Visit areas with extreme staffing issues to recruit managers from other restaurants.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing all job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Perform reference checks as need
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Identify and strengthen the employment brand.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Understanding of employment law.
• Team-centric behavior
• Microsoft Office skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to $60,000.00 per year
