Luck Stone Corporation Hiring for Plant Operator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Luck Stone Atlanta Stephens Plant is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join their Concrete Plant. Production is the core of our business. Our Plant Operators monitor our crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders and bins to maximize production and provide quality products. Since safety is a top priority at Luck, much of your responsibility will focus on ensuring that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition through hands on maintenance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Pre-shift inspection and startup of plant
• Assist with preventative and reactive maintenance: changing screens, greasing, changing rollers, belt splices, rebuilding crushers, welding and fabricatio
• Consistently inspect and monitor plant to ensure proper operation
• Assists with other site projects as requested
• Prioritizes safety throughout operation for self and others
• Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift

Qualifications:

• Prior experience (1 year) preferred operating and/or performing maintenance in a similar environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic computer skills
• Welding a plus
• Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.

Competitive hourly pay (biweekly). Position starts at $22.38 per hour and could increase upon experience assesment from managment. Benefits start day 1 of employment and include:
