The role of Sr Creative Recruiter is an exciting opportunity to champion a mission here at Lucid Motors. Whether it be a longtime creative director, a graphic designer, or a copywriter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, vetting and on-boarding our creative professionals.

The Role

    • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing assessment capabilities to build talent pipelines
    • Conduct pre-screening, virtual interviews, and verify candidate qualifications
    • Create an amazing candidate application experience and act as a strategic talent advisor
    • Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
    • While working within our existing recruitment process, recommend fresh ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
    • Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as challenges; build and implement solutions to address these trends
    • Consistently updates applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
    • Ensures proper on-boarding of new associates.

Qualifications

    • Must have 4+ years of creative agency recruiting experience hiring positions like creative directors, graphic designers, web developers, etc.
    • Thorough understanding of the creative process and are familiar with popular tools like Adobe Suite
    • Excellent communication (in-person and virtually)
    • Experienced in building relationships with all levels–emerging to senior/executive level
    • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrive in startup environments
    • Strong leadership skills that allow you to recognize when to be an empathetic steward, recognize when flexibility is required, and when to act firm
    • Must have a can-do attitude to challenging situations by having a strong focus on execution
