Lucasfilm Hiring for Production Financial Analyst Job at England Full Time

We are looking for an Analyst, Production Finance who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, and passion for great storytelling and filmmaking that define Lucasfilm.

Reporting to the Director(s), Production Finance in the UK, this position is responsible for supporting the UK and US Production Finance team with show set up, show support and corporate reporting and accounting for all original features and television shows. They will also work closely with other departments including Physical Production, Post Production, Accounting, Controllership, and FP&A.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in designing and overseeing the production finance workflow with production accounting teams in the field and internal Production Finance team
• Overseeing entity and bank account set up as it pertains to each territory and vendor
• Preparing, tracking and the reconciling production funding payments
• Participating in quarterly closes by providing deliverables to Disney Studio Controllership
• Providing ad-hoc analysis for the Production Finance team
• Preparing recurring corporate reports
• Tracking of FX Rates for hedges and spot buys
• Assist with Disney recharge billings
• Assist with real estate allocations and billing
• Working with Controllership on audit requests

Basic Skill Requirements:

• Candidate would ideally have proven financial experience including cash-flow, forecasting and overall budget experience
• Ambitious and enthusiastic with a desire to progress within a reputable and fast moving company

• A desire to work seamlessly within a strong team in a fast-paced, unpredictable, ambiguous environment
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent, or related preferred or commensurate industry experience
