A day in the life

Leveraging your natural organisational and people skills, you’ll have oversight over our Finance team and be responsible for reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support the efficient and sustainable growth of our operations.

Your easy communication style and innate leadership abilities will allow you to bring together and motivate your team and work collaborative with the National Operations team to meet targets and KPIs.

Working hand in hand with the CEO and Operations Managers, you will be a key figure in developing the financial strategy and forecasting for LTT.

Reporting to our Perth based CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a close-knit team in the local office while enjoying the support of our quality, human resources and marketing teams also located in the Perth office.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent, 10+ years business experience

• Experience using Xero as sole Administrator

• Experience using Fathom or similar reporting tool

• Advanced EXCEL skills

• Ability to apply financial analysis and recommend actions

• Experience with budgeting and EOFY activities

• Knowledge of financial audit requirements

• Experience in team leadership, mentoring and coordinating workflow

• A current National Police Clearance

• Experience using a CRM
