LTE group Hiring for Talent Aquisition Partner Job at Remote Full Time

At LTE Group we have a new and exciting opportunity for aTalent Aquisition Partner to join the People & Talent Team.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, the role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the implementation of the strategic HR plan, projects and initiatives. You will also be responsible for the direct sourcing candidates into the business to meet demand. You will work with senior stakeholders to understand the current recruitment challenges and context whilst designing and implementing a range of suitable solutions.

What the Talent Aquisition Partner role entails;

• Responsible for advertising and promoting roles liaising with hiring managers to arrange interviews.
• Create manager training programmes and deliver training.
• Deliver feedback to candidates and manage the offer process.
• Liaising with recruitment agencies to co-ordinate interviews.
• Guide hiring managers through the hiring process within our current system iTrent. Train in hiring skills
• Work with hiring managers to set route to market and manage expectations.
• Be an expert on all direct sourcing opportunities utilising LinkedIn, CV library, referrals etc.
• Understand the business context and challanges so that solutions you offer are appropriate and ‘fit for purpose’
• Implement a recruitment framework to be delivered across the business to ensure that best practice attraction, recruitment, and selection and on boarding practices are applied across the business and underpinned with suitable, systems, processes and data.
• Support managers with creating cost effective, targeted recruitment campaigns for hard to fill roles
• Maintain supplier relationships
• Assist with producing monthly stats
• Support with the training of managers with iTrent and recruitment processes
• Update HRSS team with legal changes and changes to processes / documents required for external checks
• Ensure all HR activities are compliant with Employment Law and GDPR and reviewed as necessary.

The skills and experience required for the role of Talent Aquisition Partner include:

• CIPD Qualification or equivalent
• Strong background in a Resourcing Consultant/Advisor role either from an agency or in-house business
• Previous Recruitment Advisory or HR Business Partnering experience.
• A proven track record of managing high volume recruitment and delivery on hard to fill roles.
• Experience of using a variety of media for candidate generation, e.g. online/social media, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand the business context and design and give advice on appropriate HR and Recruitment solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, consistently meeting targets in a high speed fast paced environment.
• Ability to influence and communicate
• Proven experience of supporting managers through the recruitment life cycle
• Strong background of directly sourcing candidates through social media
• Supported with the creation of new assessment tools
