At LTE Group we have a new and exciting opportunity for aTalent Aquisition Partner to join the People & Talent Team.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, the role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the implementation of the strategic HR plan, projects and initiatives. You will also be responsible for the direct sourcing candidates into the business to meet demand. You will work with senior stakeholders to understand the current recruitment challenges and context whilst designing and implementing a range of suitable solutions.
