LTE group Hiring for Talent Aquisition Manager Job at Remote Full Time

We are seeking an experienced a TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER.

This is a strategic role managing two talent acquisition partners who will do the hands-on recruitment.

The role will lead on the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions for the company, and it’s associated business units. To work closely with stakeholders and the people and Talent leadership team ensuring the provision of a seamless and joined up end to end recruitment service to the organisation. To manage the existing agency contract, and second tier agency supply chain.

The role of Talent Aquisition Manager will entail:

• Working with senior managers and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
• Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.
• Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
• Managing and developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy.
• Coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes.
• Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity to demonstrate effectiveness and value.
• Appointing and working with 3rd party providers for the management of recruitment campaigns and the supply of interim and, where necessary, permanent appointments.
• Overseeing the use of internal and external job advertisement sites to ensure information provided is accurate and complies with site regulations/protocols.
• Guiding managers on the optimum use of resources, monitoring the use of temporary workers to ensure effective deployment and minimise costs.
• Working with the HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services management team to implement seamless induction and on-boarding new starters.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with their recruitment requirements; attending interviews as required and advising panels as appropriate.
• Managing the existing agency contract.
• Incorporate wider group priorities such as ED&I within our recruitment practices.
• Presenting stats and recommendations to executive level colleagues

The skills and experience required for the role of Talent Aquisition Manager include:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice in relation to resourcing and recruitment.
• Good understanding of equality and diversity within recruitment and selection.
• Previous experience of managing recruitment to include drafting advertisement, shortlisting, competency-based interviewing, and candidate management.
• Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers for the delivery of short-term temporary workers.
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary work to achieve objectives.
• Experience of delivering priority work within strict timelines
