LTC Language Solutions Hiring for Sales Representative at Orlando, FL Full Time

LTC Language Solutions is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative who appreciates the art and science of sales; someone who likes forging strong relationships with clients and someone who likes being part of a team. You’ll work closely alongside a small but growing team in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will need to have a strong desire to learn and will want to not only help clients succeed but also strive to make a difference in the lives of others. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively while growing the scope of client relationships.

Here is what you get to do:

• Build, maintain, and develop knowledge to become an expert on LTC’s services, as well as the competitive landscape for language solutions.
• Generate new client relationships by prospecting, identifying, and educating businesses in your assigned geographic area and manage all aspects of the client relationship
• Identify prospective clients’ challenges/pain points and position LTC’s solutions effectively to be the solution service provider and win opportunities.
• Become knowledgeable in Salesforce and assist the team in maintaining data in the systems.
• Use LTC systems to create quotes and proposals for potential clients
• Manage client accounts, including checking in with clients, resolving conflicts for clients and understanding client buying habits and needs in order to deepen and solidify relationships which will allow LTC to upsell and cross-sell.
• Follow up with all leads received through canvassing, calls, and networking events to establish client meetings and leverage additional contacts and referrals.
• Analyze opportunities for growth by conducting calls, attending meetings, and reaching out to local businesses and agencies.
• Answer calls to the sales department providing the caller with requested information regarding LTC’s services.
• Understand client buying habits and needs in order to deepen and solidify relationships which will allow LTC to upsell and cross-sell.
• Assist the sales team in preparing for sales meetings, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and assist in the development of sales plans and goal setting.
• Research and build lists for sales campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling and setup of trade shows.
• Meet assigned sales goals and KPI’s as determined by your supervisor.
• Travel and meet clients face-to-face, attend conferences and network!

Desired Experiences

• Degree in business, sales, marketing, or other related field.
• 1-2 years experience in a sales role is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred experience with Salesforce but not required
