Welcome to Local Threads Brand Solution Management (LTBSM), where we transform businesses into thriving brands. Our journey began on September 4, 2022, when Adam, the Director of Digital Marketing and Data Officer at Local Threads, was approached by one of our vendors facing a digital marketing crisis. Frustrated with expensive agencies that restricted client involvement, the vendor sought Adam’s expertise to rescue their online presence.

Recognizing the need for a change in the industry, Adam embraced the challenge and established the Local Threads Vendor Support Program. This initiative was born out of a commitment to empower businesses and break free from the constraints imposed by traditional digital marketing agencies.

From its humble beginnings, the Local Threads Vendor Support Program, affectionately known as LT VSP, quickly gained momentum. In 2023, we proudly assisted six brands, with three achieving remarkable annual turnovers, nearing 10 million US dollars. Our success stems from a dedication to sustainable traffic generation and consistently meeting user expectations in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Understanding that true growth goes beyond digital marketing, we evolved our approach. Today, we proudly announce our rebranding as Local Threads Brand Solution Management (LTBSM), also known as LTBSM. Position Overview:

As the Chief Transformation industry partner, you will be responsible for identifying and leading the digital transformation of your industry/ business to find a suitable conjunction between online sales channels and enhance the overall customer experience. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of designing products or business solutions/flows within your industry. 

Key Responsibilities based on your needs could be:

• E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, focusing on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. 
• Digital Innovation: Identify emerging trends and technologies to innovate our online platforms and enhance the digital customer journey, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration across departments.
• International Expansion: Drive international expansion efforts, leveraging your experience in APAC, Europe, or the USA to capitalize on market opportunities and adapt e-commerce strategies to local preferences and regulations. 
• Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms, technology vendors, and service providers to enhance our online capabilities and drive growth. 
• Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to ensure buy-in and alignment with the e-commerce transformation agenda, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and drive results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in your industry, so you possess a robust network, market insight, and a profound understanding of industry pain points.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to inform e-commerce strategy and decision-making.
• Experience working in a Private Equity-backed environment is a plus.
