Summary:
Facilitate full cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization in keeping with organizational talent acquisition strategies from sourcing to on-boarding. Partner with multiple locations in developing effective market strategies for passive and active sourcing, branding, and outreach to ensure an active pipeline of skilled applicants both union and non-union management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Provide input on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Plan and Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with US employment law posting requirements for all locations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting in a high volume environment
• Experience with multiple location recruiting.
• Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Success Factors,
• Experience in use of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs market competition and financial resources.
• Ability to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $73,000.00 per year
