Role Purpose Statement
Role Purpose Statement: To facilitate full cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization in keeping with organizational talent acquisition strategies from sourcing to on-boarding. Partner with multiple locations in developing effective market strategies for passive and active sourcing, branding, and outreach to ensure an active pipeline of skilled applicants both union and non-union management. Main Accountabilities
 Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
 Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
 Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
 Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
 Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
 Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
 Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
 Provide input on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
 Plan and Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
 Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
 Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
 Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
 Ensure compliance with US employment law posting requirements for all locations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline required. Certification in Area of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment desired.
 3-5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
 Experience with multiple location recruiting.
 Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Success Factors,
 Experience in use of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
 Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
 Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
 Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
 Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping pace with industry trends
 Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
 Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs market competition and financial resources.
 Ability to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,462.00 – $82,227.00 per year
