Role Purpose Statement
Role Purpose Statement: To facilitate full cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization in keeping with organizational talent acquisition strategies from sourcing to on-boarding. Partner with multiple locations in developing effective market strategies for passive and active sourcing, branding, and outreach to ensure an active pipeline of skilled applicants both union and non-union management. Main Accountabilities
ď‚§ Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individualsď‚§ Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
ď‚§ Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
ď‚§ Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
ď‚§ Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
ď‚§ Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
ď‚§ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
ď‚§ Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
ď‚§ Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
ď‚§ Provide input on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
 Plan and Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
ď‚§ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
ď‚§ Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
ď‚§ Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
ď‚§ Ensure compliance with US employment law posting requirements for all locations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
ď‚§ Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline required.ď‚§ Certification in Area of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment desired.
ď‚§ 3-5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
ď‚§ Experience with multiple location recruiting.
ď‚§ Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Success Factors,
ď‚§ Experience in use of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
ď‚§ Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
ď‚§ Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level
ď‚§ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
ď‚§ Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
ď‚§ Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping pace with industry trends
ď‚§ Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
ď‚§ Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs market competition and financial resources.
ď‚§ Ability to travel as required.

Pay: $63,462.00 – $82,227.00 per year
