Study Adviser

Salary from £37,197 to £44,802 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £48,168pa inclusive of London allowance

LSE LIFE is the School’s academic and personal development centre for undergraduate and taught master’s students that started in September 2016. LSE LIFE is looking to recruit a study adviser to join the existing team and contribute to the centre’s continuing success.

Candidates should have:

• Experience of delivering student support in one-to-one and/or small group settings
• Evidence of an understanding and appreciation of the support needs of international students, of cultural differences, and ability to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds
• Proven record of developing innovative student support solutions in a dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timescales, and in line with the strategic aims of an organisation
• Experience of building productive working relationships with other team members and diverse stakeholders across an organisation
• Ability to respond effectively to the demands of a multi-service centre, and to be prepared to take on different duties as the need arises.
