Deputy Head of Student Regulations Management
Salary from £37,197 to £44,802 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £48,168 pa inclusive of London allowance
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social science universities in the world, with a global reach and an international student intake. Student Services plays a central role in LSE’s central administration and our Student Service Centre (SSC), where the post is based, offers mission critical functions that are fundamental to the student experience and educational journey.

You and your team will be committed to providing an outstanding level of student focused service in the delivery of the planning and management of all SSC coordinated student regulations, processing of academic appeals and assessment misconduct cases.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will excel in a fast-paced student focused administrative environment and be able to effectively manage both your own varied workload, as well as that of the team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues on a daily basis. You will assist the Head of Student Regulations Management in applying our ethos of continuous improvement and ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service across all relevant areas.
Previous experience within Higher Education administration working in a relevant student regulations environment is essential. Having experience of handling academic appeals/complaints and a working knowledge of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator is desirable.
