Alumni & Supporter Experience Officer

Salary from £31,029 to £35,635 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,283 pa inclusive of London allowance

The LSE Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) serves, engages and works in partnership with alumni and friends, staff and students, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations and the wider community to further the strategic aims of the School. These reciprocal relationships increase engagement with LSE across the world and increase philanthropic income and strategic partnerships for agreed School priorities.

Within PAGE, the Alumni Engagement team coordinates, plans and delivers a portfolio of activities to engage and partner with our 200,000 strong alumni community. Within this team, the Alumni Engagement Projects Manager will develop a portfolio of new programmes based on data and insight to further engagement with LSE’s alumni base to create a partnership approach to engagement.

The Alumni & Supporter Experience Officer plays an integral part in delivering an exceptional alumni and supporter experience by coordinating the day-to-day management of the Alumni Centre on campus and our online Alumni Hub, and by delivering alumni programmes (in-person and online) to engage and support the community.

Candidates should have a track record of facilitating events or managing an event space, be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills (both written and oral) and have a flexible approach to working and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
