Location: Office based 20-40% at Stratford with ability to work from Sidcup and regular travel to our other offices, as we are a multi-site organisation

Salary starting from £36,091 based on experience and location, plus essential car user allowance of £1,300

Role Profile – HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor keen to work for a fast-paced people centred organisation?

Do you have a proven track record of managing a complex range of ER casework?

Then this could be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a full-time experienced HR Advisor to join our dedicated Employee Relations team at L&Q. Reporting to a Senior HR Advisor, you will support delivery of the HR service, by working alongside people managers across your designated business area.

You will have a proactive and collaborative approach with drive and enthusiasm to champion the service and the way it is delivered to our stakeholders.

This is a fast paced, employee relations focussed advisor role which proactively advises, supports and coaches people managers across our business unit.

Sitting within a team of HR advisors you will work on a variety of cases, both high volume and varying in complexity, ensuring the best possible outcome for everyone. You will case manage your own case load and be responsible for updating the team and wider business on case performance and progress on a regular basis.

The HR Advisor role will suit someone who is a good communicator, agile in approach, able to translate business issues into proactive solutions whilst guiding, supporting and educating managers through formal business processes. You will need to be methodical, organised and have a strong ability to prioritise.

An important aspect of this role will be to work with the HR Team to ensure that people capabilities are developed in order to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.

Ideally you will be CIPD-qualified, and or have experience in working as a HR Advisor managing a high volume complex range of ER casework in a multi-site, diverse operation at the level described.
