We are looking for a person with experience in and a passion for diversity and inclusion to support us with the implementation, monitoring and continual improvement of our Group-wide approach to diversity and inclusion.

Whilst maintaining momentum and investment in diversity and inclusion outcomes for colleagues, we want to balance this in the coming years with focus on how our diversity and inclusion approach delivers for residents.
Rather than being the responsibility of a single team, we regard diversity and inclusion as way of working at L&Q. It has a critical role to play in all that we do to help us continually improve as an organisation for the benefit of the people we serve.
As a result, a key focus of this role will be to build knowledge about diversity issues across the organisation, supporting the growth of inclusive culture in a diverse range of teams, and helping teams to grow the inclusive thinking and decision-making skills needed to ensure the right outcomes for diverse groups of residents.
You will sit at the heart of the organisation, in our central Governance, Strategy and Communications Directorate, reporting to the Assistant Director for Diversity and Inclusion. You will work across all L&Q business areas, forming strong relationships with key partners including HR, Organisation Development, Resident Engagement and local leaders to meet our diversity and inclusion goals.
