So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

You’ll join our busy talent acquisition team as we continue to embed transformation across the business in one of the most competitive markets in recent years. You’ll proactively source and attract great talent at all levels including specialist and volume vacancies across all business areas.
As a partner in our UK business with 1500 employees, you’ll ensure we are effectively utilising the best sourcing options and available tools (both ambient and digital), optimising direct recruitment spend, creating a strong return on investment and driving down cost per hire.
The role comes with plenty of responsibilities. Its impossible to name them all here, so we’ve included some of the highlights:

• Use a variety of attraction tools tailored to the vacancy requirements

• Track the effectiveness of sourcing channels and make recommendations on future use

• Update recruitment MI and metric trackers, making recommendations for continuous improvement with our suite of recruitment data.

• Build talent pools for difficult to fill, critical and single person dependency vacancies

• Make recommendations for improving the candidate recruitment and onboarding experience to help strengthen our employer value proposition.

• Work closely with the wider People Services team to provide a best-in-class service to our business customers.

• Be an advocate for the use of a variety of social media platforms, both internal and external

What we need from you?

You may not have done everything on our list, but we’d love to hear from you if you’ve done the majority and you’re passionate about the rest.

• Experience of recruitment, attraction, and selection within an in-house, agency and/or RPO recruitment environment

• Headhunting using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms

• Previous experience of working in a financial or professional services environment

• Ability to use data to tell a story to support recruitment recommendations and decisions

• Experience of niche specialist and high-volume operational recruitment best practice

• Ability to manage sourcing for varying role types at any one time and prioritise accordingly

• Stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels

• Working knowledge of a HRIS platform, preferably Workday
