Low Carbon, a certified B Corp, is a leading renewable energy company committed to the development, investment and operation of renewable energy at scale. Low Carbon invests into both renewable energy developers and projects across a range of renewable energy technologies including solar PV, wind, energy storage, waste-to-energy and energy efficiency.
Now with over a decade of operation, Low Carbon has formed a strategic partnership with the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) to build a leading global renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP), targeting 20GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.

Role Description
Low Carbon is in an exciting period of growth as we work towards our ambitious climate change targets, and transition into an IPP. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with Hiring Managers across the business, attracting top talent to Low Carbon.
You will play an important part in driving the growth of a business committed to developing renewable energy infrastructure in both the UK and overseas. The key focus will be on identifying great people who want to have an impact on climate change and contribute towards our net zero targets. We currently have c150 employees and are expecting significant growth in 2023, and alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable for providing a high quality partnership to leaders around the business.
Working as part of a small, fully embedded HR team based in our new London office, you will add value in your role as a recruitment professional but also be a champion for a fantastic company culture.
