Growth is the name of the game in ecommerce! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll help grow and develop new marketing at LovelySkin. You’ll utilize multiple skills from your marketing toolbox; including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid search, affiliate marketing, and social media. You’re naturally inquisitive, love to understand the needs of the LovelySkin customer, and translate these trends into executable dynamic marketing campaigns. What you’ll love doing everyday:
A LovelySkin Digital Marketing Specialist is challenged to keep the wheels turning of our total marketing strategy across several channels. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the execution of marketing campaigns and participate in new marketing strategy.

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned digital ad campaigns.
• Be an active participant in the LovelySkin multi-channel marketing approach from strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with content, photography, design and merchandising teams for new and ongoing campaigns.
• Completes ongoing review of metrics pertaining to owned verticals, including periodic experience audits to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and devise appropriate actions for maintaining and increasing visibility and effectiveness.
• Remain current with new digital marketing trends
• Work with creative team to ensure all channels have the appropriate creative assets.
• Leverage internal and vendor ing to understand campaign performance
• Additional duties and projects as required

Compensation: $50,000-65,000 (Dependent on Experience) AND Bonus Eligible

Location: On-Site Omaha, Nebraska

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Hybrid work schedule

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant certifications/experience
• 1-2 years of experience working in an agency or in house marketing role focusing on digital channels
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in one or more of search, social, affiliate, email, SMS or other emerging digital marketing channels
• Naturally curious mindset regarding new marketing trends
