For us this position is not something we have done before so you will need to be versatile flexible willing to work with our branch managers in order to deliver positive recruitment outcomes
This position will likley start off being a part time position, we expect it to evolve and as it does it will increase the hours required to complete the job , this could be a full time position depending on your skills flexibility and willingness to work with and support other departments, though it could easily fit around your studies if you are continuine in HR /uni or College Courses.
We see you being directly involve with our ten branch managers our two regional managers and our two directors
You will be responsible for reviewing candidates, who apply through Workable and Indeed, you wil carry out telephone screening of applicants, discuss candidates with managers, arrange 1st and 2nd interview, call to check candidates are attending the interviews, ensure mangers complete and update the Workable potal, you will work with managers in order to complete job offers and new starter packs, onboarding with managers to ensure induction completed and accounts department have full new starter details.
Work on recruitment campaigns for apprentice recruitment
Set up open days at various sites for apprentice recruitment
I would be useful though not essential that you hold a full UK Driver License
We would like for you to have some media marketing and advertising experience or knowledge of and a passion to be creative with ideas.
You will be partially responsible for writing job adverts, to do this we would like you to learn and understand the style, we like to be different to others in our industry.
You will be working with managers and directors to ensure we deliver the right message for each position and each location.
There will be an opportunity to take part in the interview process and evolve this across our business.
Following up managers to ensure they complete regular staff reviews and return to work interviews following unauthorised absence
The salary agreed will be based on the hours to be worked and the holiday allowance will also be accrued pro-rata.

Confident and able to deal with all manner of people from Apprentices through to the Senior Managment Team
