Our client, a growing boutique Accountancy practice in the West End with 150 employees, is seeking a strategic and operational HR Director to develop the existing HR offering supporting all aspects of HR. This is a senior leadership role, leading & supporting an established HR team of 4 and providing innovative & critical people initiatives to help expand the business.

The Role

• Supporting Partners (19) and Managers across the business.
• Provide proactive HR solutions to support the achievement of firm goals by:
• Developing and delivering the HR strategy in line with the Firm strategy.
• Coach and support managers on all aspects of the employee experience from sourcing talent to ER issues.
• Provide support and guidance to the business (both employees and people managers) on all HR matters and respond expediently as they arise.
• Manage and coordinate the employee performance and development and pay review cycle.
• Accountable for all HR administration including, payroll, benefits administration, contracts etc.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda.
• Ensure the HR Function delivers on all BAU requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement of policies and procedures which embody our Group values.
• Participate in the due diligence, project management and onboarding as required as part of new acquisitions.
• Support the business with personal development and talent management.

• Confident with senior level Partners and possess a high degree of integrity and discretion.
• HR qualification with solid HR experience.
• Previous experience in supporting businesses with performance management and employee relations matters.
• Must have a good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Strong organisational, influential and communication skills and the ability to prioritise work efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent work ethic and desire to provide a superior client service
• Confident, professional and articulate in dealings both internally with partners and staff
