Love & Persson Group is Looking for Administrative Assistant – LPG Wealth Full Time

Love & Persson Group is searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our financial services division, LPG Wealth. The successful candidate will join our existing administrative team and be responsible for assisting our 5 financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to clients. No experience in the financial services sector is required, we are willing to train if you are willing and able to learn!

Skills Required

· Must have a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn

· Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and other similar products

· Must display excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

· Must have completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

· While previous experience in industry is not required, it would be considered an asset

Main Duties

· Assist financial advisors with preparing paperwork and processing investment and insurance transactions

· Answer telephone and book appointments with clients

· Track and prioritize follow-ups for investment transfers

· Maintain and organize client investment and insurance files
