Full Job Description
Job Description includes
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes using inhouse GPS tracking systems
- Efficiently Scheduling scrap metal pick ups (flatbed/rolloff box/etc.)
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices, weight s
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
