Louis Vuitton Malletier Hiring for Talent Acquisition Intern Job at London, England Full Time

TALENT ACQUISITION

• Support the recruitment for our retail teams, from sourcing to selection including screening and coordination of interviews.
• Support with the organisation and animation of Louis Vuitton discovery centres.
• Support with interview participation alongside HR and candidate follow up.
• Assist in talent mapping for key retail roles across the organisation.
• Attend line manager briefing meetings and support with job description creation.
• Proactively manage online requisitions on our ATS, including preparation of job advertisements, posting and managing applications.
• Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance the candidate experience throughout, acting as a brand ambassador within the network.
• Support HR Advisors in the coordination of other recruitment processes and offers.
• Support HR Advisors with LinkedIn activity and content creation.
• Support with ad hoc administration/projects for the team.

As Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain a firsthand experience in talent acquisition and HR support for our retail network across UK, Ireland & South Africa. You will also have the opportunity to discover the full HR function and shadow team members in their activities. We are looking for an Intern to join the HR team for a summer internship commencing 1st June 2022 till 15th September 2022.
