Loughlin’s Country Store Hiring for Cashier/Customer Service at Mountain, ON Full Time

About us

Loughlin’s Country Store is a small, but busy family owned business. We have been serving our community’s needs for more than 30 years.

• Process & receive payments for product sold (including alcohol, tobacco & lottery) – whether by cash, credit cards, or automatic debits on automated POS system
• Issue receipts to customers for products bought; make necessary refunds, credits, or change to customers
• Provide assistance to customers by making available information on products, and their benefits
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints

• Greet customers as they enter the store premises and also as they step out.
• Ensure that the checkout area is clean and in order at all times
• Stock shelves in the store
• Follow enhanced health & safety guidelines & all cleaning protocols
• Capable of standing for long periods of time & lifting up 40lbs
• Must be 18+ to handle alcohol
• Prior experience preferred

Part-time hours: 18-40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $14.50-$17.00 per hour
