Loughborough University Hiring for Senior HR Systems and Compliance Officer at Loughborough Full Time

Part-time 0.8fte, open-ended

Our people are the key to our ongoing success, and we are looking for a Senior HR Systems and Compliance Officer to help us achieve our ambitions.

This role will support with the development of our current HR Systems and the delivery of compliance and data work relating to specific areas across the University.

The successful candidate will have strong HR data and systems experience. They will have a strong knowledge of GDPR legislation and its practical application across the HR spectrum, as well as the ability to resolve complex issues.

You will take responsibility with the team leader and Project Adviser for managing the smooth running of iTrent and Dashboard, as well as managing system updates, delivering new functionality and configuration. You will provide support to the various HR teams and the wider business to identify and prioritise system requirements which support the delivery of business and HR Strategies.

Working closely with a team of HR Data and Systems Officers you will provide advice and technical expertise for system and data processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. You will possess an in-depth knowledge of day-to-day HR working practices and liaise with schools and departments on system and data issues and understanding changing business requirements and manage these as required.
