The Role

In this Talent Acquisition role, you will add value to the collaborative Talent Acquisition team by managing the end-to-end recruitment across various types of roles in both blue and white collar, or white collar only if that is your background and preference. Working with a flexible and supportive manager, this role has scope to really make it your own, as well as longer term opportunities!

The Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
• Attracting new talent through advanced talent sourcing
• Liaise with hiring managers in order to attract the best talent
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

The Candidate

• Experience working within end-to-end recruitment role – we are very open on level
• Warm and value based individual with an emphasis on delivering outstanding candidate experience
