The Role

Joining the team on a permanent basis, you will work in an established TA team and be responsible for a team of 2-3 TA partners recruiting across people operations, finance, legal and general HQ roles. Working at pace, in an environment that is incredibly passionate about its people and its mission, you will hire senior roles across the company and work closely with the global Head of Talent Acquisition and be involved in strategy for this part of the business.

The Duties

• Managing and leading team of TA partners responsible for hiring top talent leveraging this fantastic brand
• Hiring senior roles across the business, working on 8 – 10 recruits across each quarter
• Working closely with your hiring managers to identify the best talent in the market
• Act as a brand ambassador in the Australian and global market
