A tech start up who have gone from strength to strength, they are seeking a senior talent acquisition specialist to join their tight knit and busy team to lead recruitment and sourcing for the engineering and tech division. Working closely with the head of technology, you will be across recruitment, strategy and leadership of your area.

The Role

Joining the team on a permanent basis, you will work in an established TA team and will be responsible for roles across engineering and technology as well as working closely with the head of technology to create the talent strategy for this part of the business. The Duties

• Own the recruiting process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent leveraging this fantastic brand
• Hiring quality candidates with agility and speed, working on 5 – 10 roles at a time
• Work closely with your hiring managers to identify the best talent
• Act as a brand ambassador in the Australian and global market
• Talent pool and pipeline quality candidates for future positions
