THE ROLE

This business is seeking a driven individual to join their passionate marketing team. You will be at the forefront of marketing initiatives, making a significant impact on brand strategy. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by crafting and updating engaging content across various channels such as brand websites, email, and social media platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with service providers to lead and drive successful promotional events and digital campaigns.

They are involved in a number of events throughout the year as part of their marketing strategy. Assistance with the coordination of the events is also a vital part of the role!

This role will suit someone with marketing experience that has exposure to, and really enjoys events coordination. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude to be a fantastic addition to their young and friendly team culture!

DUTIES

• Champion marketing programs, expertly coordinating and managing them to meet deadlines
• Cultivate a compelling online presence by creating and curating engaging content on the brand website, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Foster strong relationships with existing service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration with partners
• Organise and execute promotional events and digital campaigns, driving brand visibility and engagement
• Facilitate on and offsite meetings and team functions, overseeing catering arrangements
• Coordinate innovative merchandise to elevate the brand image
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager, contributing to their effectiveness and success

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary education in Marketing or Business.
• Event coordination experience required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Marketing experience and knowledge of marketing principles – 2+ years.
• A creative flair with a passion to learn and develop your existing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
