Lotus Behavioral Consultation LLC. is a company in Hartford, CT 06103. Lotus Behavioral Services is an agency that seeks to provide behavioral support for people with disabilities and or behavioral needs across the spectrum of ages within the state of Connecticut. Lotus has two primary branches that provide behavioral support and parent/staff training.

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Coordinator (DEC) to support our Business Operations Team. The ideal DEC should be a self-motivated and reliable individual with experience working remotely and needs little to no supervision (after training). This position would be supporting in ensuring all behavioral data and quarterly s are produced in a timely manner.
Data Entry Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not Limited to):
· Manage and enter data into Microsoft Excel without errors
· Produce and utilize basic formulas and line/bar graphs in Microsoft Excel
· Utilize collected data to produce s, tables and spreadsheets
· Edit and format Word documents neatly and professionally to comply with DDS standards
· Audit tracking spreadsheets and folders on a monthly basis to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
· Advanced in multi-tasking
· Manage shared drive folders across multiple agencies or platforms (such as, but not limited to: onedrive, sharepoint)
· Be willing and able to learn quickly and stay current with technology operations
· Work independently and as a team member interchangeably
· Comply with HIPAA regulations
· Assist in special projects and perform other assigned duties, as directed or needed
Additional consideration given to individuals who have a background working with mental health or human services related agencies. The position requires meeting at the Hartford office every Monday until fully trained. Remaining days of work will be done remotely. Hours include an average of
15-35 hours per week with the opportunity for more hours as we continue to grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1-2+ years of experience in collecting and entering data for a social science or health care related business function or field
· Familiarity, ability and comfort working with sensitive or confidential information
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote)
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
