Lotte New York Palace Hiring for Sales Office Manager at New York, NY Full Time

The primary role and responsibility of this position is to concentrate your effort in managing the hotel sales office including but not limited to oversight of the following:

Manage and oversee payroll for sales department

Manage and oversee processing of all departmental expenses and annual ad-hoc contracts

Manage and oversee budget and ordering of departmental supplies

Manage departmental travel calendar and budget

Manage and assign incoming sales leads

Manage hotel TripAdvisor responses

Conduct sales visits and site inspections

Participate in development of annual marketing plan

Develop new markets and sources of business through proactive efforts

Assist in planning and at times attending tradeshows and/or sales events

Oversee sales promotion and amenity program

Conduct ongoing competitive assessment of local marketplace

Partner with Marketing team for execution of hotel activation

Oversee charitable donation and gift certificate program

Oversee group turnover process

Corporate administrator and trainer for Salesforce Delphi/FDC system

Participate in team and hotel meetings as appropriate

Take up special assignments as instructed by Director of Sales&Marketing and/or Director of Sales

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position

Assimilate into Lotte New York Palace culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of pride and care. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards

Maintain effective communication in and around the building

Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal operations departments as necessary
