Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Lotte New York Palace in New York, NY. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for communicating with guests and coordinating front office activities.
