Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Lorenz is a single source manufacturer of several products that are ideal for pneumatic conveying and bulk handling systems: Valves & Gates, Couplings, Elbows, Fittings, Cyclones, Iris Valves and Custom Fabrications.

Major Job Duties:

-Frontline contact with customers handling customer enquiries/orders.

-Prepare quotations.

-Contribute to the overall success of the sales team

-Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minor Job Duties:

-Order entry

-Order tracking/updates

-Price list updates

-Communicate with manufacturing/warehouse as required

-Attend sales meetings.

-Attend training sessions

-Attend Trade Shows as requested

-Provide customer feedback to applicable departments

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 40 hours, ½ hour for lunch

Compensation – Salary plus monthly sales bonus

Benefits available after 6 months employment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
