Due to continued growth we are seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join our finance team to be responsible for cost accounting functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities

· Apply knowledge and experience in General Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Auditing.

· Create and maintain Bills of Material.

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of standard costs.

· Develop prices and ensure product profitability.

· Assist in month-end and annual closing processes, variance analysis, and forecasting.

· Manage and direct annual physical inventory.

· Participate in and provide oversight for projects.

· File and Fund various taxes as required.

· Manage and develop Cost Accounting staff.

Education and Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.

· Three to five years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

· Previous leadership experience.
